License Agreement Clauses　使用合约条款使用契約約款

You must agree to the following conditions in order to use this option. The conditions (license agreement clauses) shown below must be agreed to when sending the license information request form (request form from this point) to Fuji. 使用此选项时，您需要先同意以下条款。在您向本公司发送许可证信息申请表(称为“申请表”)时，即表示您已通过申请表接受以下条款(称为“使用合约条款”)。 本オプションをご利用いただく際には、以下の条件にご同意いただく必要があります。 ライセンス情報請求フォーム（「請求フォーム」といいます）が弊社に送信された場合は、 請求フォームの送信をもって以下の条件（「使用契約約款」といいます）にご同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. You, the customer, will send the damaged master dongle to Fuji so it will arrive within 30 days from the point of submitting the request form. The expense of sending the master dongle is to be borne by the customer. 客户在发送申请表30天内，请将损坏的主要软件加密狗邮回本公司。邮寄主要软件加密狗的费用由客户承担。 お客様は、請求フォーム送信後　３０日以内　に破損したマスタードングルが弊社に到着するように送付するものとします。 マスタードングルの送付に要する費用はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
2. If the damaged master dongle has not arrived at Fuji within the time specified in condition 1, then the customer must pay the [License fee sum] calculated based on the Nexim or Fuji Flexa license configuration from Fuji. 如果损坏的主要软件加密狗未能在第1条中的规定时间内到达本公司，则客户必须按照本公司的请求支付根据应用此选项的Nexim以及FujiFlexa的许可证构成所计算的“许可证费用等值金额”。 １．に定める期間内に破損したマスタードングルが弊社に到着しない場合は、 お客様は本オプションを適用したNexim及びFuji Flexaのライセンス構成に基づいて計算される「ライセンス料相当額」を 弊社の請求に応じて支払わなければなりません。
3. The [License fee sum] is calculated based on the price list from the date that the request form was submitted. “许可证费用等值金额”是按照在客户发送申请表当日参照本公司的价格表计算的金额。 「ライセンス料相当額」は、お客様が請求フォームを送信した日における弊社の価格表に基づいて算出するものとします。
